I'm on my second job now as a Data Analyst and my first days didn't go smoothly. New job, new people, new tasks. It's always hard to work on something that you are yet to know and to be in an environment that is requiring you to give what you have (or even more) to be able to meet all your deliverables.

In some aspects, new things brings fresh knowledge and at the same time, encourages us to focus on the job that we have in order to learn. But incorporated to this is our submission to company policies and job requirements. Whether willing or not, it's already a mandate as stated on the contract

Gladly, all the pressure that these things gives me makes me realize that there is always an open door willing to accept me and make me understand some fundamentals in order to grow.As for I believe that becoming an employee deserves more than a compensation that commensurates with what we can give, it should also be a cycle of give and take relationship. Companies should provide us with the right tools and we should comprehend to satisfy them.

And as for now, I am happy to experience this with my current company.
