Some tips to avoid the virus!


• place the mask carefully over the nose and mouth
• tie it securely to minimize any gaps between the face and the mask
• avoid touching the mask while in use
• clean their hands after touching a used mask
• replace the mask once it becomes damp
• not reuse single-use masks


For individuals who are well

• stay at least one meter away from anyone with influenza-like symptoms (fever, sneezing, coughing, runny nose, chills, muscle ache, etc.)
• avoid crowded places
• clean hands frequently
• open windows to improve airflow in their living area

For individuals with symptoms

• stay at home
• keep distance from other people
• cover the mouth and nose with tissue or other suitable materials when sneezing or coughing
• dispose of the material immediately after use
• clean hands immediately after contact with respiratory secretions
• improve airflow in living space
